I was looking for someone to show me a home for rent in Garner NC, so I called HomeTown Realty, and spoke with realtor Michele Molinaro. She was more than happy to assist me, so we set a time to meet at the house in question. Ms. Molinaro arrived before me, and had already opened up the house for viewing. When I met her, she had a wonderful personality that made me feel at ease. She acted in a professional manner while showing me the house, and answered all of my questions. I decided to buy a house recently, and filled out a form online to view a house I was interested in. It was my very good fortune that Michele Molinaro was the first agent to contact me. Recently I had the pleasure of working with Michele on a small land deal that had some deed and title issues. I was hesitant at first knowing that it didn’t represent a large commission and would take a fair amount of work to close. Michele assured me that no deal was too small for her, that she didn’t work just for money but is motivated to help people. If I could give more than 5 stars I would! Being a military family, this was not our first home buying experience, and with that, we had developed over the years a no nonsense attitude. Time is everything when it is dictated by the government, and we knew going into this specific purchase we needed a team player. We needed an agent that genuinely cared about our specific needs and concerns. From day one, Michele became part of our team. I called with questions about a home, and just a few hours later, Michele worked me into her schedule to show the home same day. Less than 12 hours later, an offer was submitted.
